    Where's the rolls eyes smiley??

I pretty sure I've explained this more than enough times but I'll do it once more just for you

I get the car, keep it for between 2-3 years, nope don't get it serviced mainly because I cant be arsed. Never had a problem with the warranty. In fact My Fiesta broke down last Octobober, it was just over 2 years old. Ford Assist sorted it, including a curtosy car and i didn't pay a penny.
Didn't seem to have a problem then
After how everymany years I take the car back to dealer, I 'give the car back' OWING NOTHING!!! Forgot dealer offering a 'very low price' I get what the outstanding finance is. No carrying over what i owe onto next finance package
The car is always worth around the same or a little less than what I already owe so therfore I'm not losing money
I don't get why you people have such a problem with that???!

    It's beyond simple!

Like i said before. My question was obviously worded incorrectly. Too much for some of you to understand

Oh dear, the toys have fallen out of the pram.

And I don't think anything youv'e written qualifies you as smart ;);)

Now what was your question again :D
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

Why do you think the dealer welcomes you back with open arms?

Clue; The dealer isn't losing a fortune every 3 years.

That is obvious to the simple.

So all you're really doing is leasing your car?

Do you mind me asking how much you pay per month for the finance? And when you go back every 2/3 years, do you need to pay a deposit as well?

No I never pay a deposit as such
I do give them a £500 holding deposit but I get that back a few days later

For this particular car I’m paying £149 a month

No you obviously know better than the combined good advice given on here, so you carry on wasting your money ( that you don't actually have )..I couldn't care less if you don't have anything in your Holiday Fund.;)

Oh Morgan i do feel for you i simply asked a few days which car to buy for £2000 but made the mistake of saying i wanted 'something a bit special' ie a bmw/audi, you would have thought i said i wanted to drown kittens!!!!!!!

Although to be honest after serious consideration i did decide to get the exhaust fixed on my R reg vectra (costing £240) as i bought it for £600 three years ago and it has sailed through every mot and this is the first problem i have ever had with it (touch wood).

The simple fact is that cars just don't mean that much to me in the scheme of things they get me from a to b and that is all that mattters (it was DH who wanted 'something special') so i buy them for generally no more than £600 and run them until the mot becomes too expensive or something happens to them (though this happens very rarely) i tend to average two/three years on each car.The only reason i am having this fixed is because it is a lovely car (2.5 V6) and quite rare i have been told.

The thing i have heard is that a lot of 'new' cars have actually sat in a field for at least a year or two waiting to be sold.
I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.
