Greentea, wondering where you got the Maxol price from? i checked their website and its £375 for 900L, on the phnoe the best price they could offer was £372, after originally being quoted £397.94, so the unsuspecting customer is charged an extra £25. Looks like thompson fuels or valueoils may be the best bet in the belfast area
Really depends on ho answers the phone in Maxol - some people are more giving with prices than others0 -
Hi
Looking for the best price of 500L, Thompsons look the cheapest £215.
None of these guys seem to take american express as I wanted to get the 5% cash back.
Do anyone know if any companies that take Amex?

Heard on Radio Ulster this morning that the price is starting to drop after being at an all time high.Member #7 SKI-ers Club

Hey
Ordered 500L off thompson fuels £217. Had to move quick the tank is very low. Boiler juice does not take Amex but I got 1% cash back on my morgan & stanely card but 5% would have been nicer.

$100 a barrel for oil yesterday  highest price ever due to Nigerian unrest apparently, if OPEC would take there thumbs out of there backside and increase production there would be no problem whatsoever, but then they would not make as much I suppose;) OPEC holding the world to ransom yet again:mad:I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0

I used to think the same but it was explained to me quite a while back and there is a lot more to it than simply increasing production. Other things that need to be taken into account is the type of oil and the ability to refine it once it has been extracted ... there was something on the news last summer that talked about the amount of spare refining capacity being a serious issue? besides that maybe it will help some people cut back and improve the environment .. on the downside, I will be running on vapour very shortly if I don't fill up soon$100 a barrel for oil yesterday  highest price ever due to Nigerian unrest apparently, if OPEC would take there thumbs out of there backside and increase production there would be no problem whatsoever, but then they would not make as much I suppose;) OPEC holding the world to ransom yet again:mad:
