    Well done everyone :T:T:T:T:T:T:T

:j:j I'm so pleased as I managed to have the NSD I was planning which gets me to 5 :j:j and my first EVER no spend weekend :D

The music was great thanks Spoon, even better for being free :):). Took a litre bottle with me, was the end of the squash so was better than water :):) and was gobsmacked at all my mates paying 60p a go for little bottles :rotfl:

Couldn't wait to get in here, think that kept me going a bit some of the food smelt great and a couple of my mates were off to the chinese on the way home but I resisted :) I didn'twant to say in here I had succumbed after writing the plan down here so thank you all for keeping me going :kisses:

I know I am going to spend a bit tomorrow but will make sure I'm in here every day to keep me on track xxx

    Congratulations Geebee!!!! :T _party_
Am so glad you have reached your target. This is where you get addicted to not spending now :D

NSD 7 for me today, i'm halfway there now :j

Been a funny sort of day, started off very productive, went a bit wrong when the rain forced me in from the garden, & i found out the wall i started knocking down might be a supporting wall  & has now got amazingly better as i made £12 on one pair of shoes on ebay :j

Hope the rain has kept all the noisy neighbours quiet today & you have all enjoyed some well earned peace!!

Had fun yesterday--spent someone else's money AND on shoes :D No1 wanted some new trainers & I got to do the whole process on-line, so howzat for a good NSD :T No spending has taken place in any shape or form today, so I am pleased to declare I've well & truly cracked double figures with nos 10 & 11 respectively.

Got me undercarriages soaking in bleach so they're nice & white for Wobbly-done & fredded me pulses into love beads for the Solstice; just got to find someone who smokes to burn a couple of holes in my dayglo green bathrobe for Leeds & I think I'm just about ready...

Today was NSD Number 5 :)

Had a spend day yesterday but didnt mind too much as I asked my daughter to pick up a couple of 'small' steaks while she was in town meeting her friends (I've been promising her a steak dinner for getting excellent marks at school). Turns out her friend works on the butchers stall on the market and she'd had a word with her boss who sold her £30 worth of sirloin steak for £10. Two were eaten last night and the other six are in the freezer :)

    Hi lovely NSD gang :A
Hope everyone has had a good (and peaceful) Sunday, hopefully the rain has driven some of our less considerate neighbours back inside again.

We have our first target of the month being met today :j- and quite a few more to follow in the next few days by the looks of it, lots more NSDs rolling in today :j...

    Welcome back to:
honey: :wave:hi and welcome back, of course you can join us again. Signing you up for 8 now, look forward to lots of updates and good luck.
Hope you’re liking the shiny new laptop:)

First target of the month being met today:
:jGeebee: yay - well done for getting to your target of 5 - that’s brilliant. First pony award coming up now!:j
What you do now is really up to you. If you want to increase your target, you can do so and aim for the second award of the dancing banana. If you’re happy to leave your target at 5 and just add any other days you get onto that, once you get no 6 you’ll get the head spinning smiley and I’ll just add any other days after that.
Lots of people find it’s better to give themselves another target to aim for, but that’s really up to you to decide. But well done, really pleased you’ve made your target at your first attempt!:T

    Well done to:
:jrentawitch : well done for no 4 - nearly halfway there now.
Are you joining us for our trip to Stonehenge at the weekend? I’ve got lots of magic passes sorted out, so you’d be very welcome;)
:jchris81418: well done for 2 NSDs over the weekend - brilliant. I love unexpected NSDs - definitely the best!!
Oooh, glad you’re joining us at Stonehenge and Wobbledon :T- how about BDINI’s do at Leeds - are you coming along for a cider and chavvy night out?;)

:jmothershipton: well done for getting to no 3 - that’s brilliant. Only 1 more to get now - keep going!:)
:jthrifty fifty: well done for no 4 - you’re nearly halfway now - keep going, you can get there!:)
:jJo_Rourke: well done for no 3 today, you’re doing great. Sounds as though you had a busy day planned today - hope you enjoyed the baking and arts and crafts. Glad you enjoyed your evening in with BF - sounds good!
Ahh - thanks, that’s lovely of you:o - not quite sure how I’ve managed 10 myself actually....
:jpure dead dopey: well done for no 6 - and pleased your rain dance worked. Looking forward to seeing you shaking your thingy at Stonehenge:rotfl:......

:jCraigLoans: well done for no 3 - you’re doing great - and fingers crossed for no 4 today. Keep going:)
:jKeiss 21: woohoooo for no 9, halfway there now - that’s brilliant! And well done for the car booting - that’s a great profit!:T

Grrr to OH and son, don’t they know you’re trying to get NSDs?:mad:

:jmoneypenny2k: hope you enjoyed your farm visit today.
Gosh, going back to work after 2 months off must be daunting, I’m sure you’ll be fine though - seems as though you’re going to be eased back into it gradually anyway.
Agree with you about AVG - it’s brilliant and, more to the point, free - very MSE!!!!:T
Oh, and well done for an unexpected NSD - no 5 - that’s brilliant!

Oh dear to the supporting wall...... but brilliant news about the ebay shoes:T
:jBigMumma: well done for nos 10 and 11 - brilliant. I’m a big fan of both spending someone else’s money and of buying shoes - so that sounds like my idea of heaven!
Liking the preparations for our outings!:T
:jMythi: well done for no 5 - only 2 more to get now, keep going!
Love the steak bargains... Well done to your daughter for her excellent marks and what a lovely friend she has:T..

    And hello to everyone else:
Looloo: :(oh dear to 2 spendy days on the trot - hangovers do have a habit of making you spend though... Good luck for the rest of the week;)
boultdj: :(oh dear to spendy weekend, but great you got the washing dried finally;)...
Herby: well done for getting in under your budget this week - that’s brilliant.:T
Not surprised you’re shattered today after all that commotion last night - I just don’t understand how some people can be so bloomin’ inconsiderate:(....
And I love Hardwick Hall as well - not that far away either!

Phew... that was a mammoth post again...

Oh and I managed another one today as well, taking me to no 11 (and, no, I have absolutely no idea how I did that either). Spendy day tomorrow though to make up for it:o

Off to update the front page and award the first pony of the month.
    See you all tomorrow

Morning everyone - thanks for all your posts commiserating re laptop. I can confirm that it is officially knackered - the processor is apparently on its last legs. Sadly, nothing could be retrieved - bu&&er! Couldnt even get my wireless interweb working even after spending about 45mins on the phone to Talktalk on their 0870 number .:mad:
I couldnt afford to buy another laptop outright, so I ordered one from my catalogue on BNPL and I will save to pay it off before the interest kicks in next May. I know its not v MSE but I didnt want to dip into my savings pot. Do you think that's reasonable? I dont have a CC.
Felt a bit better yesterday after the stress of Saturday - in the scheme of things its just a blip! My lesson is in future to print off the photos that you want to keep or invest in a harddrive back up I think!
Anyhoo, yesterday was NSD no 7 , :jhoping for more this week as Im working more hours. Had a good day knitting my way through the World Cup!
Off for a little grocery shop then hopefully get my pots planted up for the garden this afternoon.

    Have a lovely day all:)
