    Morning All

thank you Spoon for my banana, I like a banana.

Won't have another to-day as had to collect DS from airport at the crack of dawn to-day and had to buy a cup of tea while waiting for the delayed flight, so I could have had another couple of hours in bed!!!

oK need to work out our NSDs for July, due to severe lack of funds we are "going camping" first time for 35 years. Could well turn into a epic "The Dopeys Carry on Camping" type experience. We've borrowed the tent and equipment and as this is Mr Dopey's idea, he will be in charge, I will be reclining on an airbed sipping a cocktail while he does all the campsite duties, I may deign to be navigator as Mr Dopey is a man and is therefore rubbish at navigating.

So opportunities for NSDs may be limited, (may have to pay a few bails for Mr Dopey when the tent falls down) I have a very particular list for where this tent is going to go.
    Near the sea
Near a pub, shop and tearoom/restaurant
    not wet
not noisy/busy/full of other peoples children (sorry to those who have but been there done that and have several teeshirts)
note to Mr Dopey, when I say near, I mean near, ie walkable in 4 inch heals in comfort (not that I'm going to walk around in 4in heels, just want Mr Dopey to get a verrrrry clear picture before we set off..........)

Have I missed anything? this could be great or it could end in tears and we both need a holiday and this is what funds dictate..........

wish me luck, not going to later on in the month though, so will plough some NSDs before we set off on the great adventure, anyone know a film team who want some great material.............

Can I sincerely recommend Traveljohns.. I won't go camping without them or baby wipes.

I hate having to stagger across a field at 3 or 4 am in dew, thistles and guy ropes.

I' declaring today an NSD even though there are plenty more hours left in the day. I have been out to an appointment but didn't spend anything and i won't be going out again today so won;t be spending anything later either.

So the tally now stands at 17 NSD's out of a proposed 12 NSD's for the month of June. I am so pleased about this, for once in my life I am an 'over achiever'...well either that or i set myself really low goals. LOL!

i think it is what you think it is!!! (also many points for the pooh pun!)

my essentials would also include babywipes and something to carry water in (like an empty 2L juice bottle) so you don't need to walk back and forth to the water tap each time you want a cuppa :) also a freezerbox thingy for keeping the drinkies cold - noone likes a warm cocktail!
Those that matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter :o
