I'd better start watching the tennis on TV now then if I am to know who's who when we go - soooo looking forward to those strawberries [STRIKE]and cream[/STRIKE] without cream (GAINED another half a pound tonight - I really don't know what else I can do :mad::eek::mad::eek:)

Hey 3Dogs - remember, when we go to Wimbledon its ok to eat/drink whatever you like as its virtual calories:rotfl: We could maybe have a virtual glass of bubbly too! Bummer re the half pound, but you'll get it off next week - honest!;)

Another NSD yesterday - 11 for me, yipee! Didnt go across the door except to walk dog. Should be another today, have got hospital appt this morning. Will have to pay parking, but Im not counting that as Ive no choice. Its two buses for me to get there so it's roughly the same price to park. Makes me mad, that!

This afternoon I'm going to my Mums as my aunt and uncle are visiting and I've not seen them for ages.

Still knitting away, but havent done any for days as I've been engrossed in a really good book!

Hope you all have a lovely day:)

NSD number 14 for me please Mistress Spoon, Great Guardian of the NSD Thread

Wor Bonnie now has the buster collar removed and is as happy as a likkle lamb about it - no sign of her chewing at her paws again, so hopefully OK now

Hi 3Dogs - I'm sorry, don't know how I missed your post last night - it was late, that's my excuse:o:o:o:o. Getting your own special mention now though - hope that makes up for it.

Well done for no 14, you've had a brilliant month, only 3 more to get now!

Love the new title - bit too big for the space available through:p.

Glad Bonnie's on the mend now, poor little soul must have been so uncomfortable with sore paws:(

Yep, get watching Wimbledon now, although you probably only need to know who 2 of them are really - I reckon it's going to be 1 and 2 this year for the men's final... Oh noooooooo... half a pound up last night, what a bummer and you've been soooo good as well:(:(:(:(
Chin up, you've done brilliantly, it will all start dropping off again when it's ready to.

    Sound totally scruuuuuummmmmmeeeeeeee.......

Can you please let me know how you adapt the recipe for this sort?
(I luuurrrrve Bounty bars, and apparently my OH likes them too so clearly isn't anti-coconut -- means this could be something he'd eat if I make them ;))

I've been meaning to have a go at Twinks Hobnobs for over 12 months now, but not made the time even once
I'm guessing from what you said you do have the recipe,so in that case just replace 4oz of the oat's with 4oz of coconut, as for the chocolate I just melted a small bit and spooned it on top when they cooled........be warned they spread like mad when cooking. I will also look for my Gran's cook book she wrote down the recipe for Bounty bar's but it might take me a while to find it. Also staying in today so an early NSD claim for me.

And welcome to our latest recruit:
Kayleighpea::wave: hi and welcome to the NSD challenge - always good to have someone new joining our merry band. Signing you up for 5 NSDs now - good luck.:) The secret seems to be to keep posting on here, look forward to lots of updates from you.:)
Re the mystery shopping, if you’re getting the money back then most of us would say don’t count this as a spend day - hope that helps?

Hello and thanks! :) Yeah I do generally get the money back for the MS's (even though it may be a month later) so I will not count these as spends then.

Got NSD #1 yesterday :j So i'm off to a good start! Today most definitely won't be though! Is payday (hooray!) so am getting my big grocery shop done tonight and then hopefully I'll only have to get the extra fresh food bits during the month and can stick to the days I'm allowing myself to spend! :p

Hope everyone has a good day!
    2019 will be my year!!
