gentle hugs bob...bound to feel wrung out as not a nice proceedure, plus brain juice with deciding what to do re work plus your everyday stress on top! Just have to have a gentle day today and hopefully tomorrow you will feel better and more yourself. Great news re the job! Much better to have a contract than being insecure with agency who by their nature muck people about - lovely when they want you but cant be bothered when they dont and then come grovelling when they need you again! bah!

You are bound to be wrung out as the anaesthetic is in your system for a good few days...andas ISOM says probably stress as well over everything else in your life.
Be kind to yourself and get plenty of rest

I feel "wrung out" just after a routine smear test!! Goodness knows how I would be after what you lot are going through/have been through!

:o I didn't have anaesthetic, i am not good with it so i opted of none.:eek:If i had known ..i think i may have said knock me out:o I did get a bit of a sweat on at one point. But i was mostly uncomfortable.

Over with quickly though so worth it TBH. :)

Thanks i am feeling a less sore. I have good painkillers and ain't afraid to use them. I haven't done much really had a drive out- Mr.B drove and just enjoyed the nice weather. Mum treated me to a take away which was nice as well- so i have been spoiled.
Hoping for a good nights sleep tonight and i will feel as right as rain tomorrow.
    All good.

Glad you are feeling okish and managed to get out and have a nice day x
  • Been in work and driving ok- so all good. Innards playing up a bit- but all settled and i can't feel anything now. So normality of sorts :)

Other than that have been trying to budget and factor in a few guiding trips- to London- to see Wicked :) and whatnot. Two weekends away which are relatively cheap but still have to be paid for. So will be taking up some Mystery shops.

Have some extra work lined up so all good there re teaching :) Should work out that i am paid all over summer and expenses too! Fingers crossed.

    That's about it really.
