Today, I are mostly not being in Mrs P's good books:D

Last week I made some elderflower champagne. To get extra fizz I bottled it a day or so early so it would continue to ferment:D

Today is Mrs P's day off so I didn't ring her at 0700 as usual, I left it until 0900.:D

She had been wakened by a 'kablammo!!!!!' at about 0500, followed by a fizzing noise......she nearly had kittens and almost certainly needed clean bedding:D

One of my bottles had exploded......and, yes, I was keeping them in the corner of the bedroom:rotfl:

Anyone got a spare room, I can bring elderflower champagne:D

Oh dear brings a new meaning to Pepsi:D:rotfl: I love Elderflower champagne- but will only let you in if you bring Vera:D:D:D:D Haha a cunning plan or what.:rotfl:

Hope Mrs P is ok and she is not thinking of collecting insurance on you:p

i'm positive you would ... funny isnt it how those on the atkins are desperate to get into the ketone state .... i wonder if they fully realise what they are doing to their bodies ...

no doubt when young bobbette gets out she will sleep the sleep of the dead for a few days to recover ... then slowly get back to her usual charming self ... i like your kids ... did i ever mention that ?

I know- i was lurking on the daily chat yesterday- i was going to post when i saw the conversation about drinking when in ketosis ( as in the various diets) My God- my heart gave an absolute lurch to think how close she came to being in a coma.. she nearly was anyway but it could have been worse.:o:o:o she was going out to friends on Saturday night and i thank God that she was too poorly to have a drink...i don't want to think about it, but have to in order to be able to help DD through it all in the future. Not as in you musn't do this or that..but being aware. This site is bloody marvelous for the info i find on a daily basis.

The kids rather like you as well:D:D:A

the thing is your daughter is very aware of her body (i remember talking to her about this all) i think it is more the nature of the booger that is diabetes for her ... its really annoying as well ... i know some people that are diabetic and sit and drink ginger eat crap dont excercise and yet seem to be fine ... and yet other people look after their health and have to deal with that crap
