Today, I are mostly not being in Mrs P's good books:D

Last week I made some elderflower champagne. To get extra fizz I bottled it a day or so early so it would continue to ferment:D

Today is Mrs P's day off so I didn't ring her at 0700 as usual, I left it until 0900.:D

She had been wakened by a 'kablammo!!!!!' at about 0500, followed by a fizzing noise......she nearly had kittens and almost certainly needed clean bedding:D

One of my bottles had exploded......and, yes, I was keeping them in the corner of the bedroom:rotfl:

Anyone got a spare room, I can bring elderflower champagne:D
