    Hello,

I have been lurking on here for a while, trying to fly, but often not getting beyond Tuesdays, mainly due to clutter issues, have also discovered the great declutter thread which has helped me get a bit closer to being able to clean without spending the cleaning time, tidying/decluttering. Given I only get a couple of hours of an evening after getting home from work and having dinner before I feel the need to crash out in bed this is a major problem. So, I am going to see if posting helps as I really need to get the house in order, and the garden needs work too but I like that so don't have a problem getting on with it. I'm not going to be too adventurous and stick to level ones, but have taken advantage of being home all day today and tomorrow.

Bank Holiday Monday ~ Bits of not very much!
    Level One

    [STRIKE]Bake a cake or prepare a meal you've never done before[/STRIKE]Prepared a meal I've never done before
Catch up on the[STRIKE] laundry/ironing/filing[/STRIKE].. or whatever else you have been neglecting! Well, did the laundry yesterday (ok baskets still got some in, but done all full loads, and not going to waste water/electricity on half loads), ironing 2/3 done, filing done yesterday, just got the in tray to deal with
Get your spreadsheets/budgetting/insurances etc up to date. Spreadsheets and budgets planned for tomorrow - 1st of month job.
    Level Three
Empty and wash out the bins OHs job, not done, though I did take the kitchen waste out to the compost bin
[STRIKE]Tidy one cupboard[/STRIKE].. any cupboard bt opening one which is already tidy and saying you did that one is not good enough :p Did the cupboard under the stairs:D.

    Extras
    1. Ring/visit a friend or relly you haven't seen/spoken to in a while!Wish I had done this.
    2. Binbag dance. Not my strong point!
    3. SOAADFA .. :D I know you like this one!.. Go enjoy your day!Did a bit of this with a cup of tea in the middle of my 5 hour gardening stint chopping back massively overgrown clematis, planting out seedlings, bit of weeding, managed to totally fill the green bin.
Now off for a bath and bed.
Hope I can keep this up all week!

Have emptied and re-loaded DW and wiped 3 trays, as well as the top of the fridge, where they live. I've also decluttered a programme from the sky+ (only had to finish it). DH has just come in and gone straight upstairs, so it looks like he's still sulking. Bedtime, I think.

I shouldn't need to go out tomorrow, so I'll hopefully feel up to a bit more flying. I'd love to clean the inside of the playhouse, so we can move toys into there, but the weather forecast isn't great.

See you all in the morning. x

Well I did a couple of things off today's list - I bought my car insurance after haggling on the phone and comparing prices on other websites, I baked a maple syrup sponge pudding for after dinner, and the rest of the day involved doing SOAADFA (on the flying front anyway - we did visit the venue for our reception and tried the cakes and tea, and I've also been looking at cupcake stands, and cases for our wedding cake, and sourcing bridesmaid dresses again).

Off to bed now or I'll be tired in the morning.

    Night night all,

    sexymouse xx
