I did about 2 hours in the garden, shame there isn't much to show for it. Have weeded part of a border and brought height of an overgrown bit down and weedkilled that and another patch of garden. We are hoping to use some weedstop fabric at the weekend so we can kind of start again and have part of the garden that is low maintenance. Next door neighbours were out doing their garden which kept their daughter entertained and kept her away from me :D

I wish I hadn't seen that, it gives me plenty of time to get the house ready so I can aim for 5 stars but also loads of time to put it off as well :o

While there are no stars, I pick myself a smilie from here, to award myself for every day completed. Feel free to do the same friends2.gif

He did what *confused smilie* Is he not wanting you to cook for him any more shrug.gif

DH and I enjoyed the film. DS decided not to come, so he's put the chicken into the oven, and the house smells deliciously of curry spices thumbs%20up.gif

Going to browse here for a bit, then some more paperwork - will it never end hairpull.gif

That is shockingly selfish - how dare you have been snoozing when you shoul have been cooking his tea ;)? Huge hugs for you. I think that would come under justifiable homicide.

I have hoovered downstairs, cleaned some windows and done a bit of decluttering. The boys cleaned the yucky play room and their BR so I could hoover :A.

Since my last post I have:

Sorted the linen cupboard out - 4 x bags out, towels to dogs home, rest to freegle - does anyones little girl want a Laura Ashley ballerina duvet cover (yellow stripes with ballerinas on)?

Put 3 loads through WM and hung out

Made biscuits (cake would have lurked around and I'd have had to eat it)

    Thrown gibble from bathroom

    S & S'd the kitchen

Made bread (well supervised DS1 and DD1 to do it)

Put the oven on for supper.

Jackywhizz - how lovely. DH has never bought me a ring - my engagement was his grans (given to me by his mother) and wedding one was my grans. Still, he would willingly sleep in the garden with the kids if asked!:rotfl:
