I've followed a previous posters idea of reserving one in store..
I'll collect 'and pay' on the day.

I'm not obliged to collect and I wont if I can get a better price from Orange

Just a quick update, have one reserved at my local Apple Store, managed to get the other halfs ordered online (24th delivery), still gonna try and get mine delivered too when the store behaves

I am pretty confused about the whole Simplicity thing and Justin isn't helping much. I was thinking if I sign up to Iphone Simplicity now, I would be entitled to unlimited data for 12 months, but on looking at this Pay Monthly table (which includes Iphone simplicity) it appears that even Iphone Simplicity will be subject to the data cap come October:

at the bottom it states:

"Unlimited data on all smartphone tariffs is a promotion until 1 October 2010. Excessive usage policy and terms apply"

can anyone clarify this? Justin assures me that no matter when I buy an Iphone 4 PAYG, even after launch date, I will receive unlimited data for 12 months with an Iphone simplicity contract, but this table has me thinking otherwise so he is checking for me.
