Just spoke with my local Tesco store. They are getting 24 handsets in later today. Apparently this is considered "a lot", as the smaller stores are getting as few as 4.

From what I've read, it'll be locked to 3. Only the sim free models are unlocked.

I have an iPhone 4!! Got to Eastbourne 02 for 7.45 and was sixth in the queue :)

The manager said they had one of the largest stock allocations in the UK for some reason, the queue had a couple of hundred people in it by opening and apparently there was enough for everyone.

The nearby oranage and vodafone shops both had stock but were deserted.

    Good luck to everyone else!
