  • Countrywide Land Holdings .... Is the director, James Maynard, the son of Ken Maynard, CEO of Cabot Financial????

This company, according to Companies House, hasn't bothered to file any accounts, and has CCJ's totaling over £95 THOUSAND. As yet unpaid, according to my sources.
Cabot can now kiss my DONKEY. Statute barred is enough of a result, but the actions of the CABOT FAN CLUB have cost them far more than the paltry sums they were chasing us for.

Probably. Did you get a specific piece of land assigned to you?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

check land registry (online for £4) to see if you do actually have land registered in your name.

Did you get documents from the Land Registry (after completing a TP1 form)? If so then you do own the land, but it is not likely to be worth what you paid for it.

edit: I can see on the LR site that the plots are indeed registered, and as mentioned you can view the documents by paying their fee.

    These guys? http://www.cain-associates.co.uk/index.php

Have you spoken to them, and what do they say?

Who paid them? you or the land-bankers? You may, just possibly, have a case against your solicitors.
