dla advice, please help

Sunnyone - really do you need to kick a man when he's already down. I have been having private discussions with the OP and I really don't think it helps him reading unhelpful ignorant comments from you. The man is clinically depressed and needs help, everywhere he has turned to has turned him away - I know because I called them myself! he's not winging -he's crying out for help.

He has no evidence just emotional trash that wont help his claim, he dosn`t even know the proper name for his spinal condition or when he was DXed!

100 pages of emotional rubbish but no evidence!

Most people have evidence coming out of there ears, you have to get it yourself if you want DLA and not hope that the DM will ask for it, I have medical evidence for the last twenty years

This is a public forum and he asked for help with DLA, why is it some posters assume that they are the only ones who have ever had clinical depression (like you in your ignorance)?

You hold his hand for him but that wont get him DLA, we`ve all had these problems and thats why people have offered help and many of us have HELPED people to claim and be awarded DLA, we have experiance.

Many of us have done DLA forms for ourselves and others unaided, the knowledge is here to help other posters, wheres your help?

My help! - hell of a lot more then yours! I also have experience - its what I do for a living!!! I have many years of DLA and work with people from all walks of life with all sorts of conditions. i also understand the hell that is depression and this OP does need someone to hold his hand and try and get him the help he needs (not just help with DLA). I have taken a lot of time to try and help this man, I have contacted organisations on his behalf and have directed him to the organisation that said would help him - did you pick up the phone and call all the different organisations in his area? have you spoken with the OP? Have you offered to help with his appeal NO - all you can do is critise this poor man and me for pointing out your flaws and mean spirtedness- you're right he did come here for help and he certainly did not get it from you !!

I have had clinical deppression (have you?) and PTSD (now adjustment disorder) and hand holding isnt a cure or a help it just distracts you for a while, as I have said before he needs medical evidence for his appeal and not woe is me 100 page whinge because that wont get an award.

He has had help and advice on this thread but he dosnt want that, he wants someone to do everthing for him including ringing him, visiting him when he can be bothered and to take the blame for everthing he thinks is wrong in his life and I hope to god you havnt given him your phone number or you will have him round your neck forever.
