My solicitor does this job everyday so I think he would know more than you.
In fact you can't get legal aid unless your chances of winnng are very good.
There was never any chance of me not winning but that dosnt mean that you get an easy ride and your not 100% on winning, are you?
Its not a procedure for the faint hearted because yor lifes under the spotlight, if it goes to court how will you feel when you see the pictures of you laughing with you kids on a day out which are used to prove that you can have a normal day out? (your scenario, not mine)?
You dont have a clue about what it can be like because your solicitor isnt telling you because if they did you wouldnt do it, not if you have real MH issues because its hard on you and your family.0 -

You have met experts, who know your case, and know YOU personally. And their opinions are worth far more than anyone on here, especially those that are attempting to either belittle you, or to demand you shape up like they would.
Good luck with your case, and I hope you find what you are looking for.
Thanks for that.
With any luck I will be back in October with good news which will prove them all wrong.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Surely that's the point of posting on here - to get opinions and advice from people who've been through the same thing?0 -

We have an 85% chance of winning which is still pretty good.
There is no way they will have photo's of me out with my kids smiling cos it doesn't happen
I do have real mh problems thats why i'm doing this, they have ruined mine & my kids lives & they need to pay.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I settled the day my case was listed at the high court, I took it to the wire to get the best settlement and I had the cream of the crop for my represenation team and its very clear that BCS hasnt a clue and her team cant be any good or they would have told her how bad it can be when the other side are trying everything to make you accept a lower figure, you can have a private detective watching you for an extended time and then they can come at you with the results and that just one of the tools that they use when you have a 100% case and she dosnt.
They also talk to your family (a sore point BCS mentioned before was her family) and your friends, people in your community etc. and a load of other ways that your under the microscope.
If your not deppressed before hand you are afterwards and the money isint a fix either.0 -

Opinions are like !!!!!!. Everyone has one.
Most people here are attempting to either physco-analysis (never could spell that word) her state of mind, predict as fact the outcome of any court case, or just have a good nose into her life for their own amusement. All over the place, from the popular culture to the propaganda system, there is constant pressure to make people feel that they are helpless, that the only role they can have is to ratify decisions and to consume.0 -
