Wake-up Call Challenge
Comments
-
OK I have thought about it and I have ended up with a long list of things that I need a wake up call on. To start with I'll go with:
1. Health and Fitness - Need to lose at least 1 stone, lower cholesteral, exercise at least 4 times a week.
2. Finances - save £10K by December 2010 - spent all my savings on a new car and would like to recoup at least half of it back. Get all finance paperwork up-to-date - got stacks and stacks of it to go through - yuck!
3. De-clutter environment - clothes, books, paperwork, garage etc
4. Become more organised and stop procrastinating
5. Start my home study courses (x5) which I purchased over three years ago.
I think that will do for now.
Everybody, please feel free to give me a massive kick if I'm not working on any of the above. Thanks.Save £12k in 2017 #14

Hi, studying (or I should say suppose to be) Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Child Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling and NLP. I don't know what's stopping me from just getting on with it as I actually enjoy all aspects of these subjects.Save £12k in 2017 #14

Don't apologise for asking questions, ask away. That's what we are all here for.
I am doing them with the School of Natural Health Sciences. You get a diploma at the end and can have initials (not degree level) after your name if you pass. I am doing these courses before I seriously consider doing a degree in Psychology. They are a specialist distance learning school providing practitioner level training in major holistic therapies. The courses do not expire once you have purchased themn (thank goodness otherwise I would have lost my money!). They always have special offers/discounts. If you are interested I can PM you some more details.
Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.Save £12k in 2017 #14

I'm sure you are not as old as I am!! If you want to re-train as a counsellor then they may be a good option. Check them out. I have just sent you a PM or two..... hope I haven't overloaded you!!!!
Yes it would be great to have a "study buddy" to keep me on the straight and narrow.Save £12k in 2017 #14
