Just some quick wieghtloss tips
- Dont deny yourself anything use portion control, its easier to only have one sweet or one chocolate if they are individually wrapped.
- Look at when and why we binge, bordem, stress, depression ect (you will not loose weight untill you have worked out the underlying causes).
- Craving sugar, dont cut it out cold turkey, sugar is an addiction as bad as smoking and alcohol. Reduce the intake slowly you will be more likely not to binge.
- Dont reward yourself with food, use another means of reward. Just because you have been good today doesnt mean you can go and have 2 slices of cake tommorow.
From someone that has managed to loose 30kg (through the help of a weight psychologist) hope these tips help

great tips, mz_grim. Sugar is definitely an addiction, for sure. Congrats on the weight loss - that's fantastic!
