I won an auction for 43 chairs now the seller is telling me that the price is per chair heres the listing. I work for a charity that hire halls out and was trying to get a business meeting room together, i know i cant make them sell at this price which is fine im just a bit annoyed.
Im right in thinking the listing was not set up correctly? Just would like some defence incase of a NPB, thanks

Items are priced for individual sale, but willing to consider a discount for several items
It reads easily to me.0 -
You're right, but they're expensive chairs! And they're not trying to be duplicitous. Didn't you suspect it might be per chair - I would have assumed so!Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?0

Perhaps you should have read the listing more carefully?

It does say in the listing that items are priced per individual chair.

I agree but they are muppets. They should have had them listed as a bulk lot or split them into lots of six or ten.
You aren't going to get them.0 -
I would doubt they will file a NPB. Just ask them to cancel the sale. Tell them next time to list as a job lot.0

Ask them for a mutual withdrawal from the sale. Hintza is right they listed them very badly. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

They start at around £400 and go up as you upgrade finish, fabric etc.
I think they sell them in that shop I saw you coming.
