Just found introduce a friend on sky website, link:

    http://mysky.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/mysky/introduceafriend

I have tested the link and it worked for me. If you can't get it to work these are the steps to take:
Introduce your friend in 3 simple steps

    5053410.jpg
    1. Confirm you would like £50 M&S vouchers
    2. Enter your friend's email address so we can invite them to join
    3. Confirm your email address

We'll send an email to your friend telling them you've recommended Sky TV to them and invite them to join. Once your friend has joined Sky TV and made their first subscription payment we'll send out your vouchers. You can track your reward to check your friend's progress.
