    Say for example i was filling up £20 worth, I get to £19.70 and then press as softly as I can, stopping every second.. if there's a queue I always feel bad for taking ages but i agree they can be very sensitive sometimes

    its not really hard to get it to an exact amount

    Because if everyone did that then the till could be down a fair amount each week!

    Its not really hard to pay for what you take!

    That'll be the same reason customers never say it when they buy anything for £xx.99p :D
