I think i have managed to perfect the art of putting in the correct amount of petrol :rotfl:
Say for example i was filling up £20 worth, I get to £19.70 and then press as softly as I can, stopping every second.. if there's a queue I always feel bad for taking ages but i agree they can be very sensitive sometimes
its not really hard to get it to an exact amount0 -
There was a dish of pennies on the counter and the idea was that if you go over by a penny then you just take one from the dish and give it the assistant.
I don't know why the cashier just doesn't say "don't worry about the penny" when someone gives them two £20 notes to pay for £20.01 of petrol.0 -
