    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £27.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 34/£127.5K target 26.6% 10/10/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    just found out i pay £7.32 a day interest on the dreaded mortgage .... so i am th inking of a wee mini challenge for me ... pay off basically as much of £7.32 as i can every day ... money i find in the street ... money i dont spend on sweets etc ... but with all good plans i seem to ba having just now they will need to wait for my return ...


    so when i come back i am joining the declutter lot i am gonna find as much as i can close to £7.32 a day i am going to get into my 100 day challenge that i have neglected cause i am going away ... i will sort out my finanaces so that i unserstand them ... i will get organised in the kitchen (especially now that son is staying) ... do i even want to come back ? lol

    just transferred £7.91 to the mortgage .... i liked lemons idea from way back and think i might incorporate that again when i return from holibobs
