  • Send them a recorded delivery letter detailing the facts and their potential breach of contract - essentially that puts you in an impossible position to be able to claim your cashbacks later on.

    Consider urgently -
    Cancel the contract if they won't supply immediately - there's usually a cooling off period, which you could still be in, regardless of their breach of contract. You could then move to a better dealer.

    When we say pack, we loosley mean:-

    1) Invoice that clearly shows the offer and 'gifts' i.e cashback. It clearly staes what is owed when. (eg Automatic cashback-£58; Cashback 1/2/3 - £58)

    2) Them damn VOUCHERS

    3) Return lable
