    Still not any further forward with this claim and the lawyer has kindly charged us £880 for nothing!

    I have emailed Watchdog and Action Fraud but had no response. Surely there must be something that can be done to either get our money back or shut the business down.

    I have sent him a link to this thread and see if he responds, google has picked up on he is scamming people and all of his website addresses

    Does anyone know if I can use MCOL since I live in Scotland?

    It only states that the Defendant has to have an address in England.

    I stand corrected. I thought it was based on the recipent not the claimant. There will be a way round it.
