Hi All,
Its offical i was declared Bankrupt today!!!! It wasn't as bad as i thought, met the clerk who went over my forms, she was lovely, paid my money (OUCH)!!! Waited for judge, they were already in a hearing sat for 1 hour, clerk came to me to say if you wanna go for a coffee, i'll ring you when were ready, off i went.....10 mins later she rang me to say judge granted bankrupcy and just to come and collect the order.... (yipee) no meeting with judge... Later in the afternoon OR rang me, he was sooooooo nice put me at easy straight away, hes ringing in a few weeks for interview, now that will be the scary part!!!! So all in all it went fine!!!

I'm at court a 1030hrs tommorrow (14/06/2010).. after nearly 4 years of wanting to go BR.. its finally going to happen

Well my appointment is for this Thursday 17th June at 9am to register my papers for my BR, then I think I take my receipt to the court for a date. I haven't got a clue what the next step will be or when it will happen??? My OH wants to buy my BI and we have neg equity in our property so can anyone advise if this is all done in the same day or what?? Very confused, very scared and just want to crawl into a hole and sleep for a week, I'm suffering nightmares every night and just feel so sick all the time. I also have chrones disease and it's playing up something awful at the minute with this stress.
Do't know how to add myself to the list you have so could someone help with that bit please?
