just a quick note to say im back from court - total of 2hrs - nowhere near as scary as you think. Did not even have to see the judge.

Glad you got through it OK.:)

I believed me and Mrs Falze are June the 3rd'ers.

Was advised by phone that documents came back from the judge today, so assuming today is the day we are offically BR.

Add us to the list Dojoman (please)

Thanks for your support guys & gals.

Can I join the club too!?!? :) I went bankrupt yesterday morning! Actually walked out of court smiling feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders!

Only now OR says they'll take my car, which bizarrely has really depressed me. Not losing the house, I was fine with that but the car may be old but she's my baby. How sad am I!!! :o

Sadly I don't use it for work, but its only worth about £700. I did read somewhere that if its not worth more than £500 for the creditors once its been sold they don't bother or that you can buy it back for just the amount over the £500. Does anyone know if this is true?

Still, even if I lose it its not the end of the world and you never know I might lose a few pounds with all the extra walking I'll be doing :D
