i want to get started decorating cakes/cupcakes please could you give me a list of the nozzles/equipment that you regard as essentials. Also where do you buy mallow fuff from it was mentioned a couple of pages back, thANKS ALOT!July Win: Nokia 58000 -
you can buy mallow fluff from asda or tesco, in asda it comes under kosher food so dont know if its in that aisle0

as said above, for some reason Asda class it as a foreign food and therefore put it in the ethnic aisle
its not cheap at £1.90 a jar, but when made up in a recipe, should be enough to cover about 30 cupcakes (depending on how thick you ice them, piping uses more than just spreading)
you can also buy pink fluff, that is strawberry flavoured

I read on here about frosting made using mallow fluff, are there any shops that sell it, I have only been able to find it online,

Hi, has anyone ever made an icing that can be piped onto cupcakes, like buttercream, but without any dairy? I've tried buttercream made with dairy free spread, but just splits and looks horrible.0
