Thank you both. I know it technically shouldn't be in the cake section because you can't eat it but the entire thing did start life as a bag of icing sugar. Finished the topper now. Will post the full cake when it's done next week.
I've no idea why it's so big. I've resized it but it's still massive. Sorry

I made cupcakes for a tea party yesterday - I wanted to practice my decorating technique. The buttercream wasn't really stiff enough (that's what you get for rushing!), but they didn't turn out too bad!!!
Sprinkled them with lemon sparkle dust and topped with handmade flowersMight do something similar in pink and green for DD Tinkerbell party....

most supermarkets sell it
no, you couldnt melt marshmallows, as they just turn into a sticky glob
mallowfluff looks more like shaving foam, or the inside of a tunnocks snowball - so just creamy, bubbly marshmallow, rather than the solid stuff like flumps

There is a recipe somewhere on the net that uses melted marshmallows, couldn't find it last night though when I googled. It's an american website I think.£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit
