Pleasantly surprised on the weekend on a chance visit to Asda Smethwick -

Is this a good price for Heinz nowadays? I've been buying Branston for a while as they are regularly on offer at 4 for £1.

Anyone know what Cross & Blackwell beans are like? They are 4 for £1 at Iceland.

It's quite decent for Heinz. I usually stick to 25p a tin for branded beans, but never see Heinz at 25p a tin, so 33p a tin is pretty good if they're your usual buy.

Heinz beans are tasteless now, i bought a 4pack on offer the other week and in future will stick to Aldi`s.
They were awful !

I prefer Tesco's beans. They tend to taste better than Heinz in my opinion. It's still a good deal if you like them though so thanks for sharing it!

Branston beans (my favourites) are on offer in Lidl this week at £1.00 for a 4 tin pack.
