aj something will turn up.. there is just something better waiting for him
Could he do supply for a while?
They are cutting back on supply teaching toothe school who wanted him and where he wants to work have some maternity cover coming up, one of the deputies spoke to him this morning to let him know they would be advertised soon, hope he will at least get that or it could be a tough year financially, there may not be anything next year with these cuts

The student I have been a Practice Educator for has done outstandingly well and passed her placement and final essay and got a job in the area she wants and it's been lovely to see things fall into place in this way for someone starting their life away from being a student.

:j:j:jIt's half term!!!:j:j:j and the sun's come out too.
The Head said we could go and see him today if we wanted details of how we'd done in yesterday's observations (not an OFSTED, for info of fellow teachers, advisory services doing a 'learning walk'. Very little difference though.) I was rated Good with oustanding features, and the comment 'one of the best lessons I've seen in a long time' Yay!!! so I won't be handing in my resignation just yet!
:bdaycake:Happy birthday to MOJ2, and mummyof5!!:bdaycake:
