A quick post to say Happy Birthday to serena (sorry it's late!), mummyto5 and MOJT. Also well done to serena for the observation - it sounded fab :T
I'm glad it's Friday tomorrow - this week's been a bit hectic! I now have 4 rats as it turns out Caramel isn't a boy so that was a bit of a shock yesterday! Lovely thoughThrew all my flying plans out of the window last night as I had to sort them all out and make an unplanned visit to the pet shop (and I have to say their customer service was amazing!).
Hugs and prayers for Toots, L-L and Diva

Hello flying friends,
Serena - wish my kids were taught by you. That sounds fantastic. Well done:T
Vanilla - have a rest sometime. I feel exhausted just reading what you accomplish on a daily basis!
PenPen :rotfl::rotfl:great joke
I had a fustrating day. Took DS3 to docs as he is really suffering with hayfever, eczema and has a nasty burn on his hand from school dinners. Doctor was fascinated by his chickenpox scars and asked why I didn't bring him in at the time. I recounted that I tried to get an appointment 5 times only to be fobbed off. His parting comment was that he looked like a sixteenth century sailor with smallpox scars.:mad::mad:
DH is away again:(. He's in Bradford and he reports the place is crawling with police.
Listed loads of stuff on ebay so hope to make a few quid to see me through half term.
DD1 and DS1 are now supposedly on study leave. DS1 is actually doing more than DD1 who has a new boyfriend and is loved up.
My Jamie at Home kit arrived today. It's lovely and I get to keep it:j I've booked 2 parties and am really looking forward to them.
On the flying front, Master bedroom is done, as is kitchen. What I really need to tackle is the ironing as I haven't done any since Sunday (in the garden wearing a bikini, skin starting to not look so milky white).
Did anyone watch have I got news for you? Brucie was fabulous:rotfl:0 -
Hi all,
I'm here - late as very usual, although have already flown to the value of 2 stars this week already.
Is it possible to update my status to Flylady Lurker as I fell awful for not posting regularly, but want to stay in the loop if that's acceptable.
Hope everyones well

Hi Gang :hello:
Just whizzed through the thread and want to wish the 'mum's' Happy Birthday :bdaycake:
Had a text from toots, things are settling down again. She has had some visitors today so not had chance to post.I can loan you a bloke with a shovel if that'd help? Just don't let him overdo it, he's a desk-jockey, not a manual worker.:o Oh, and keep him supplied with tea. LOTS of tea.:D
Consider him bookedWith all her shenanigans toots treatment might have been delayed a tad. She will be climbing the walls to get out at the weekend.

Duly awarded :rotfl::rotfl:;):T:beer:
I am off to dry my hair in the vain hope that I can get it looking decent for work in the morning. Bet it won't look as good as it did when I came out the hairdressers the other day!
