Finally managed to get up on and update! I went through a phase of comp entering but for a lot of them you have to register or keep retyping details and it got a bit time consuming, I only vaguely remember entering the foundation one on the Rimmel website! Just been and entered their other two - you never know!

Totally overslept this morning, just didn't hear either alarm but I am still pretty deaf from my cold so not too surprised! Only got up at 8.40am when I normally leave at 8.15 so was about 40 minutes late but no one cared! Had a strange nights sleep and have to give you the general gist of my two dreams/nightmares are they were so vivid!

In my first dream I had been out with a work colleague and was driving home at about 1am when suddenly everything went black and when I opened my eyes I was laying face down at the edge of some woods and my car was on it's roof about five foot away from me, my right side was really painful and I remember trying to get my mobile out of my pocket to phone my work mate to come and help. Was frightening as there was a slope from me to the road and I knew if I couldn't reach someone I would never be seen

In the second one I was trying on wedding dresses with my mum and was chatting about my wedding but during the dream I found out that it wasn't my OH I was marrying but someone else! He was a really nice guy but not my type at all although I could tell he treated me like a princess and was saying that I could have anything I wanted for the wedding as it was my 'princess' day :rotfl:. Then I remember seeing my OH walk by and bursting into tears because I knew it was him I wanted to marry and my mum was there with me and she said something along the lines of 'I know it's Andy you want to marry, even though you are excited I can tell it's not what you want' :eek:. I remember saying I did love Andy and there was no one else I would rather marry but that he didn't want to marry me so I didn't have a choice. Eek!

Other than that so far today is a no spend day and I might even make those cakes tonight! Not much else to report...trying to get a friend to ID a song that my other half wants, hopefully I might be able to get it for him for his birthday next week which will save me buying the game as I have decided he only gets one or the other!

Blimey vivid dreams indeed :eek::eek::eek: What medication are you talking for your cold??!!!! I always feel out of sorts after such dreams for a day or so, weird.

Had any thoughts about any goals financially? xx

I haven't actually taken anything for it yet! OH used up all of the sudafed and I kinda thought the cold was on it's way out so didn't bother getting anymore!

The dreams were odd, I think I know where they have come from though - the same work colleague who was in my dream had a phone call yesterday as someone had driven into his brother, fortunately it was only minor but maybe that was on my mind?! The second wedding dream is because I know getting married is on my mind and I am starting to think maybe OH has changed his mind about marrying me?!

Financial Goals - to get through this month with something left at the end is the first one I think, not sure if I will manage it with the lights i have bought but I have already decided to sell at least one of them. Second one is to start sticking to the food budget as I am sure this is one of the biggest problems and the third for now, is to pay off that little credit card - need to check the balance on this but I think it's about £150.

I really need to get my car looked at too, apart from it being over due a service it has this horrible issue where the brakes lock up if I am braking heavily and steering left, it's almost caused me to shoot into a junction once or twice now

Yep, that'll def explain the dreams. What makes you think OH has changed his mind lovely?? I'm sure he hasn't. Men and marriage....i've been with OH 5 years this year and still no ring....given up now :rotfl:

Hm, it's hard to explain but I don't sit here and think ooh he has changed his mind but I think it is in my subconcious, I hope you get what I mean by that!

Five years :eek:, does he have a credit card? Do you know the pin? I joked to someone at work that there is a 'cut off' point where he has taken too long so I will just buy myself a ring on his credit card because I know the pin :rotfl:not sure I actually would but it sounded like a plan

Loving the diary:) and sorry, no choc for me, I'm watching what I'm eating...from today:). Yes, it can be done, just have a look at Keza's diary (HELLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOO KEZA, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN???)! I cleared my debt as well and now loving the saving part bit though it can get a bit obsessive . Anyway, good luck, I'm going to subscribe!

Ha ha....think I mentioned on Mooses diary that he knows marriage is important to me but I also want to know that he has asked me because it was his choice.....if that makes sense.....so will have to wait for him to do so! Its important to me that he made the decision and wants to marry me, not me pressuring him or the fact that all our friends are etc....hope that makes sense to you???

PERFECT sense! I read in the paper a while ago that over 50% of men propose because their partners pressure them into it and I was thinking oh no that's going to be me! BUT on the other hand my other half did used to tell me a lot he was going to marry me, then last Oct he said he just wanted to wait a few months more but the last time it was brought up it was going to be 'at some point in my life' so I feel a bit like I have had a carrot dangled....note that I said carrot, not carat

I don't think it is a concious decision on his part, he is just too laid back about life in general and like you said, I want it to be because he wants to marry me, not cos I forced him (although I will if I have to!)

I forced my OH to propose , twice , and I turned him down twice as I knew he only did it because I forced him .

He got the message afterwards and he did proposed a couple of months later though :j:beer:, shame we can't agree on any part of the wedding .
