I think you should remember that things are always relative to your own circumstances, some people are always going to be worse off than you but that doesn't take away your right to be upset about things (but you should of course try and keep things in perspective).

Good news on the bonus, hope you've had a good snow day x

Well last week turned out to be a snow week!

Sorry for not being around for a few days, I've mostly been studying with a god awful trip to Asda with a nice Chinese lunch thrown in for good measure!

Had my tax exam this morning and...meh, it was pretty horrific! Rather than examine some of the more technical areas (which I had revised loads) they decided to examine really peripheral areas of the syllabus which didn't come up in any of the 50 practice questions I did! I also majorly ran out of time, I was still on question 3 of 5 when the invigilator said there was only 30 minutes to go . Fotunately the last two which I kinda scribbled some bits down for, were fairly low marks in relation to the rest so am keeping fingers crossed I did enough to pass, wont know 'till Feb now though!

Worked at the pub last night but did a shorter shift so only £45 this week but I needed the money as I spent a BOMB in Asda on Saturday (not really sure how!). It sounds like my Peacocks delivery has arrived at work which I am pleased about as it got majorly delayed due to snow :(. Also recieved my holiday confirmation :D

Got to catch up with more diaries later xxx

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

    Hi Jody

Fingers crossed you passed your exam, I think its always really hard to gauge these things, but I'm sure you will be fine x

Still no snow in Bristol, the back door was frozen solid at home this morning though, luckily I have a dog flap to kick the dog out for a wee!

Have you completed your shopping now?

    Morning ladies.

Work is still hectic but mostly because of the snow last week and not being able to get in! We also have our annual audit going on at the moment which is never fun.

I have got another exam next week :(, really not looking forward to this one as I have found it so hard and have struggled finding the time to revise. I've got a few days over the weekend so will just have to do my best I guess. I will be glad when it is over now so I can think about Xmas!

Good luck then hun. I remember those days well - working full time, commuting to work, college in the evenings, running a household with two kids and still trying to squeeze time in to revise! Good job I was born half robot and can survive on precisely 23 minutes sleep in any 48 period then...
