If you have purchased from him, why don't you call up the sellers address and then you know where to send the police and fact round to? If you are involved in a transaction with him, Ebay offer this facility. If his address and/or telephone No turn out to be bogus, he has yet again infringed the terms and conditions of operating on Ebay. You may find that Ebay turn a blind eye to powersellers with "suspect" items for sale, but I think its a totally different ball game when they have false adresses and name details....they could be terrorist money launderers or anything....this is the one that Ebay definitely take action on....and hopefully you wil see "no longer..... " appear by his name soon

However he is still selling and i never heard anything back from ebay or FACT
