IT is interesting that he has bought blank printable DVDrs and DVD sleeves over the past couple of months. Cant imagine what he wants them for

He may 'import' his DVD film and then make direct copies from it .The DVDs would be pennies,he can probably get cheap cases too.At £5 a film he is onto a nice little earner. If he is a business of any kind,he could probably claim most of the material and equipment costs back as tax.0 -
Hopefully people like that will get caught one day and face a heavy fine or imprisonment.0

Not only that culpepper, he claims people aren't reading his auctions properly claiming they are 'imports', yet he bought a book advertised as brand new and left them positive feedback saying 'didn't expect brand new' - some people are too thick to get away with this kind of thing but they do !!
I have contacts with FACT so will be watching this with interest0 -

i hadnt noticed that cheeky ******
musicboy i do hope they take it seriously its silly really in comparison to many other things but he has really annoyed me! My OH isnt really that bothered told me to neg him and leave it at that but from the responses i have had from the seller they appear to just be trying to fob me off and im not having that! lol
Could i do a paypal chargeback over this? Would they require me to send it back etc? I did notice one of the comments on his feedback was with regard to the buyer returning the item and still not getting their refund.
I think im more annoyed how this **** still has my money! :rotfl:The Only Thing Men Can Do Right Is Get Everything Wrong

Well if you tried to get a refund you would have to return the item I reckon. Much more satisfying to report it to FACT then at least you have the evidence in your possession ... and it's not as though this seller has done this as a one-off .. !0

Thats what i thought, thanks for confirming it

Hopefully FACT do take it seriously and do the ******* maybe he will learn his lesson then.......The Only Thing Men Can Do Right Is Get Everything Wrong

i emailed the guy and this is what he had to say
Thank you for your enquiry.
All our dvd stock is imported from Asia and are new and sealed in scsellophane.
We have had a handful of comments regarding the dvd's being copies but when challenged to return the items for a refund, they do not wish to do so. We can only assume these people were fishing for a partial refund to make it cheaper for them.
As you will see from our feedback, the majority of our customers are satisfied with their purchases and many of them are reapeatedly purchasing items from us.
As you will see in the item description, these discs are compatible with most dvd players worldwide. If you purchase an item and find it is incompatible or you are not satisfied with the item, we offer a refund on return of any items.
We feel that this is the most fair solution available anywhere.
We hope this information is useful to you.
