I've had two phone calls from Gap over the last few days, begging me to take burger jobs, but there was just no point in trying to bargain as there was no way I could fit them in. :-(

I keep getting calls from GfK and ESA too, usually on a Wednesday asking me to do jobs this week - which I can't do as I work Weds pm and all day Thursday and Friday and I can only really manage MSing one lunchtime as I still have normal shopping to do on the other! And I have a GfK bank tomorrow lunchtime and am picking up some Gap chicken on the way home on Friday for dinner (worked out very well, that one!). Then I have four stamp jobs on Saturday, another Gap chicken Tues lunchtime, and have just booked an RE music/electricals shop next Thurs lunchtime! I just don't have the time to do more than that!

Oh, and blimey - wish I had time for a trip into London for that posh department store! Could make a killing, the number of jobs they've got there!

Has anyone recently joined up to RE, say in the last 3 weeks, and actually seen any jobs?

I'm still getting absolutely nothing. RE say that I am probably missing them, as they have put 1000's on the last week, but I am not seeing them. She wouldn't have it that I am logging in twenty times an hour to check, and seeing a big fat Zero.....:(

Other people have complained of the same thing. I've been with them about 18 months and must admit I'm not seeing many jobs these days.

Have you got all your options ticked for job types, job features and different areas?

Quick question re. reimbursements - do RE (music/electricals) reimburse you the full amount even if you haven't spent it? Or do you only get back what you've spent, plus the fee?

Only get back what you have spent plus the fee - if there is one

Yes scaredy cat, I've got every box ticked, and 5 different areas on there, all with a 50 mile radius, and still 0!

I have spoken to a couple of other people in my area who are seeing jobs no problem, but i'm not seeing anything

Ask someone for a particular assignment number that they can see and you can't - then ring RE up and give them the number and ask why you can't see it. Try and get a pub assignment number as those jobs seem to be available from when you first start.

You may be on probationary period - I didn't see a job for at least 2 months after I joined up - hang in there! My first job was fast food - thought it was really easy!

Can I also ask what everyone uses to plan their routes?
