I registered for TERN about a week ago and completed the tests etc, its now says my shopper status is active at the top of the screen when Im logged in.

BUT...I can never see any jobs available! I leave the drop down screens as "all jobs" "all areas" and the preset dates and times (2005-now) and still it says no jobs available - does this mean Im doing it wrong or are there ACTUALLY no jobs available?

Are you clicking on the Jobs Board? I only see those dates if I'm on the shopper log. On the jobs board I can only go back as far as 2008.

From the home page, select "My Details", and then "Payment History". Drop down box shows all payment dates and then jobs included.

sent you two PM's, phone them Monday, I did after you sent a list last tiem and they said they will always allocate where possible, but by then they'd gone

This question came up a while ago and the answer is that no one knows! I have done 6 visits and helped them out on last minute ones but can't self assign. I am a bit loath like you just to take odd ones here and there as they are the ones no-one want to do!

My friend can self assign yet she has only done one job for them so there doesn't seem to be any logical explaination! Maybe someone will come along who has been given the right to self assign now and can give us the answer.
