I have 6 payments pending on RE, 1 of which is a 3 figure hotel job. They deducted 3 points the other day for 1 of the jobs and then took 3 days to send the query to me. And the query was......."Can you confirm how tall the server was", when I know for certain I included it in the report..
Perhaps if they stopped asking stupid bl**dy questions they might get the jobs proof read quicker and then we would get paid quicker. None of these jobs will be included in the end of month pay run now so it's going to be about the 15th July before I get paid for them. It's really not good enough is it?

Hi
A question for any of you who had smelly or cold photos rejected..have you been back to re do them? I have done a couple of mine but I have had 2 rejections from stores which are both 30 miles away but the other photos at the same stores have not been reviewed so did not want to go all the way back and then have the other lot rejected IYSWIM!
Out of my 9 stores they have only reviewed 4 stores for these new categories, wonder if they have abondoned it?:D0 -

Edited as I didn't actually answer your question!! One of mine was rejected but I replied confirming it was the correct store and was accepted, so no need to revisit. Think in your shoes I would hold fire till the others have been checked though... Email them and explain - they have always been fab when I've had a problem or query...
Think they are getting through the backlog! They seem to have checked all of the usual photos first. I had problems uploading my extras as the link was only made available towards the end of the week. They had to get their IT people back in to sort (think there were a few with same issue). When the upload links became available they had staggered the due dates - latest date is next Monday and this seems to be confirmed by an email I had... so I assume they will get round to them eventually!
I also noticed for some reason some of the files get skipped when uploading a batch... I now double-check them all before submitting and there are always at least two which haven't uploaded?! Finally got all uploaded now- this job has completely dominated our house over the last week or so!! Don't even want to think about how many hours I've spent on it... nor the hourly rate it would work out at!!0 -

This is one of my major annoyances with some of the companies, I feel when you are out of pocket for expenses they should fast track the money. I don't see why they couldn't refund the expenses first then pay you for the fee on a pay date. I know tern do refunds for expenses within 48 hours of getting the paperwork through.0 -
The first time I did this audit it took me over 4 hours so when I was offered it as a regular monthly job I turned it down as I didn't think I would ever be able to do it in under 2 hours.
This particular store was absolutely crammed with stock and not very well laid out.
Plus it was in an area with no loos and 2 hour maximum parking.
I didn't get chance to post last night, by the time I did the audit, I had to race round getting the kids tea, then getting ready to go out. It took me almost exactly 4 hours to get it done. The manager was amazed that I was still there after 3 hours :rotfl: They even came and offered me cake from the cafeMoving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -

A third rejection was to confirm the right store was photographed as this time there were 9 more bays and I was able to confirm that was correct as they had a world cup promo aisle with extra bays.Climbing back on the OS wagon after a short vacation to Recklessness

I just wanted to say thank you to all on here who have given me advice over the past few weeks. I finally bit the bullet and did my first real MS on friday. The report is submitted so just got to wait and see if they accept it0

I have not got a camera phone so have been turning down jobs requiring pictures of the shop. Would it be too risky using my normal digital camera?0

Was doing one of the sports club running shoes purchases (to be returned to MS company) , and was so impressed with them-2 sizes bigger than usual so no wonder my others nip my toes, I bought them, and a new pair of socks- over £100! That's not what's supposed to happen, and I don't even go running!!!!!!!!!!!0
