This time last year I was in the same postion Miss Messy, and I nearly had a complete breakdown over it. Your day will come when you are able to be completley free from NFH, nothing lasts forever.
It really takes over your life, and there is nothing worse, its amazing the hell some people can put you through, and what they can get away with and yes its so unfair, its hits you emotionally as well as financhally, but believe me your doing the right thing, you can fight forever, but if it doenst get you anywhere, your not the loser for giving in, your health and happiness matters more. MY NFH were tennants but that made no difference the LL couldnt have cared less.Pawpurrs x0 -
everything is negotiable.... come on .. barter !!!!0

Have you explained the neighbour situation to the Agents, and if so whats their take on it?Pawpurrs x0
-
That was with a bit of bartering.. It was 2%, the agent is fully aware of the situation and they are of the opinion for every house tHere is a buyer. The problem I'm having is the hips... Isn't it about to be scrapped?
My solicitor and barrister are doing the spif so that has put me at ease.
Thank you for your kind words pawpurrs x x0 -
HIPs will be scrapped but not for a while, I think I read on here that there has to be a 100 day consultation process first! So they aren't going anywhere in the next month or two at least.
Great news about your spif - I'm sure they can word it 'correctly' without omitting anything0 -
Even if they own their own property an injunction can be sought to keep them away if found guilty.
A horrible situation life is too short to waste on these people who seem to have nothing better to do than make other peoples lives a misery.0 -
Thanks for the advice. An injunction will be pretty much useless to us but I appreciate what your saying.
As I have said we are past that..we just want to move0 -
I wonder if I can negotiate down on EA fees any more? I am not sure what average fees are at the moment?0

Who did you buy through? Try going back to them, as a returning customer - I know your vendor was their customer, but they should still offer a good discount.0
