I want to start my own veg patch and am in the process of cultivating the ground ready for planting however I still need to start the seeds sprouting in the greenhouse. I am really itching to start potting my seeds but don't want to end up starting too early and having nowhere to plant anything so my question is roughly how long does it takes veg seed to be ready to plant in the ground?
That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I am no expert being a beginner myself, but at this time of the year you could probably plant them straight into the garden where you want them to grow. I have just planted some dwarf bean seeds into a couple of large pots and am hoping for the best!!:)
