Makes me glad I left the bunch of incompetents some time ago. After much huffing and puffing trying to get my final invoice from them (it was part business usage) they finally sent me an (incorrect) final invoice of £0.00 - even though they had previously taken much more. It was at that point that I gave up and decided to use my bank statement DD entry as that month's invoice. There comes a point when you have to give up or go nuts. Vodafone's admin is appalling.
This wasn't even on internet usage either. It was just phone and text.0 -
There are a lot of people who are struggling to get Vodafone to admit that they (the customer) have been made aware of this change to the terms of the contract. They (Vodafone) have effectively undermined their own eForum reps because they (Vodafone) are saying that just because Vodafone employees have made specific claims relating to changes in the way the FUP will be administered after June 01st, that this does not represent official notification of the contract changing. Therefore, you can't end your contract on the basis that it has changed.
Silly isn't it
Are these Vodafone employees speaking on behalf of the company? Were they authorised to do so by their PR department? In my mind information on ANY significant change in the contract should be posted in writing to the customer within ample time (at least a month) in order that they can make alternative arrangements if the change does not suite their circumstances. I am really, really sick of these big companies thinking that only one side is held by the terms of a contract and that side isn't them!! It happens to be one of my soapbox topics.0
