Hold up. If I'm reading that red bit correctly once you are charged £5 for going over the 500MB limit for one month, you will then be charge £5 each month going forward even if you no longer go over the limit?
I think what it possibly means is that if you regularly go over your usage, you can opt to pay another £5pm for the rest of the contract to boost your allowance by 500mb, or do it on a more rolling contract basis of £7.50pm.

.. like that petition's going to have any effect. Simply leave them if you don't like they're doing.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -

This story would be less ludicrous if Vodafone staff actually all sang from the same hymn sheet. As it is you talk to somebody on the eForum and hear one thing, speak to 191 and hear another, speak to retentions and hear something else, then speak to somebody at the Vodafone Directors Office and hear something different again.
It's a joke, except it's going to cost customers money, in which case it's an outrage0 -

This is their stance now:16) Can I contact you to cancel my account?
No, because there have been no changes as of now. You may be able to terminate after we notify you of the changes and you can establish a 10 percent increase on the previous bill based on the same usage.
