Yes, that's how I understand it too. But the way it is explained on the vodafone forums is that you would only pay £5 in the months when you went over the allowance. This story would be less ludicrous if Vodafone staff actually all sang from the same hymn sheet. As it is you talk to somebody on the eForum and hear one thing, speak to 191 and hear another, speak to retentions and hear something else, then speak to somebody at the Vodafone Directors Office and hear something different again.
It's a joke, except it's going to cost customers money, in which case it's an outrage0 -
