Yes. That is the criteria, and it's quite clear. Giving 3 meter readings a year isn't difficult.meter reads need to be given within a 10 day time fram of the initial request failure to do so just once, means 10% dicount forfeited
Yes, it's a deal for a specific period of time. Just like.....some random supplier's latest Online tariff, so a special offer from BT giving cheaper phone and bb for 3 months before the cost increases for the rest of the 18-month term for which they are tied in. Why should people who were customers before the deal be able to benefit from the deal? Do you live in the real world?Your own co website states the 10% deal available to signups 4-4-11 to 31-3-12 so again a year time frame
Not screwed, they just don't get that deal. It didn't apply when they signed up, so why should they expect to receive it?but any body signed up prior to that deal, and not adhering to the T+C's is screwed.
I don't rubbish this part. I agreed with this part, as you would notice if your reading and comprehension were satisfactory. What I said about this part was that people who do not keep up their payments and fall into arreasrs shouldn't be able to benefit from other services which are available. The customer has a responsibility to keep up the payments if they want to benefit from the services. The bit aboput the earning of cash back forfeited if no active dd or arrears on the utility bill are from your company's website so how you dare rubbish this whilst representing them is beyond me!!!!
Who cares? You also mention I'm on half price now an ex employee of t-mobile - well thats the deal when I was an employee it was free!!!I am an Independent Financial AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as an Independent Financial Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. If we ignore C & Q, they can post whatever they like unchecked, filling the heads of more people with their propaganda and half-truths (and sometimes plain untruths!)......
Where have I posted "plain untruths"?
I do not post lies (or half-truths, whatever they are)!MSE_Martin wrote: »Utility Warehouse

Nice to see British Gas finally putting a price on lack of exit fee and simplification of tariffs. £68 it is then Now all we need is BT to bring out a no minimum contract phone/BB package and see what premium they would put on that (Be seem to want £3/mth extra for a 3 month min contract as opposed to 12 months).0

Exciting times! We have a new website.
Not many other providers could claim to have a wiggling pig on their homepage. I do have one small criticism though. The business club appears to have been relegated to a link. The site seems to focus primarily on residential club. Unless I have missed something.
I can't see how a potential business club member can join online. Or is this deliberate do you think?

There a mistake on the website.Exciting times! We have a new website.
Not many other providers could claim to have a wiggling pig on their homepage. We'll be the envy of everyone!
For example on the Mobile Phone page if you scroll down to Valuepay - The UK's cheapest Pay as you Go phone in the detail it says you can get "£200 to help you switch".....but you can't.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Care to elaborate, or just continue in your normal way of making blanket statements without any evidence to back it up?More than one!!
Interesting choice. Prove that UW's standard gas and electricity is more expensive than other standard tariffs please. Not online tariffs, fixed or capped or anyof those other deals. Comparison of standard tariffs required. I look forward to hearing your justification that the statement about having the cheapest standard gas & electricity is incorrect. Facts only here please. Neither I nor the other MSE readers care for your rants, just facts will suffice.eg. They continue to boast that they sell the cheapest standard gas and the cheapest standard electricity in the country!
Thanks,
Meeper

I rather like the new website, a big improvement on the old one. Very funky. More befitting of a £500million+ plus company IMO.
PS When was the last time they increased their telephony products? Seems like ages ago - unlike Cardew's telephony provider of choice :p Oh, and the up to £200 compensation offer is amazing IMO.0
