My heart wasn't in it! I didn't like the way I was singled out and decided to earn my stars (and subsequent ribbons) just like every other 'Joe Soap'.

I just popped off to make millionaires shortbread by way of comfort eating my way out of this one star situation!
When I joined this board I though my only problem was the lack of sale of my house and NOW I see that I have additional problems of being vastly unpopular AND rubbish on the casting couch!
I feel a flounce coming on....

I don't think flouncing (again) is the way to resolve such issues. Personally, I'm a big fan of targetted training so, ever the helpful bod that I am, I'm prepared to offer the much sought after "Wee Willy Casting Couch..... Promotion for the Bigger Hipped, (success on soft furnishings for beginners)" intensive personal developement course. (Satisfaction hinted at but in no way guaranteed). It an intensive course which evolves to suit the individual (ie I make it up as I go along) and covers all the main casting couch issues, from choosing fabrics to routine wiping down. If I'm honest, it's not a popular course (Not as popular as "Slap the offensive burk", anyway) but, I'm happy to assist.

I am willing to try this casting couch course as long as ribbons will be involved. I fail to see why so many on here have them and I don't...unless...Wee Willy!! Has this course been going on longer than you say? And has it been open to men and well as women?? (remember that in the interests of Equal Opportunities laws there can only be one legal answer to this question!)

If I'm honest, it's a very new course which I'm rolling out in order to test what I believe may be an untapped (no pun intended) market. I'm not aware of any male members (still no pun) requiring assistance with the CC, in much the same way that the provision of certain products in popular high street chemists are labelled specifically at women, yet fall outside the anti-discrimination legislation as men would have no personal use of such items. But, if you know better, maybe a more formal business partnership could be established.... after your intense induction, of course.
