    Afternoon all

Thinking of you today, AnW and Mum.

    Happy Birthday Helen Jelly:bdaycake:

All the best for Danny, carlsberggal

Soappie, so good when you need to do one less coat of paint than you thought!:T

Boddy, hope your GS is healing well

    And your hand too kezlou

Thinking about Lady L and Diva

    Hope you're OK, Toots

I don't often do these catch-ups because I just know I'm going to forget somebody....

One load of washing done and all dry and put away except for a pair of jeans, which are nearly there.

Roast dinner done and all cleared away. Made me hotter than ever so I probably shouldn't have done it really.

DH watching (very loud) motorcycling on television.

When some shade comes back into the back garden I'll go outside and read my book.

Oh, and I vacuumed through downstairs this morning.

    Hi all :)
    Happy birthday Helen Jelly :D
Sexymouse - you are doing so much better than me with my plans! Well done hunny :)

I'm in a bit of a slum right now after finding out that I am out of a job at the end of June :( Nothing that I have done wrong - it's happened to about 20 or so of us :( Our contracts have come to an end and are not being extended, we are welcome to re-apply in July and are likely to get them back but it's not guaranteed and neither are the hours. So am applying left, right and centre everywhere else now. I wanted to get my teacher training underway also but won't be able to afford the courses,(they would have been funded in job).
Sorry about the 'woe is me', I've done my moaning now, lol!
Anyone fancy a HHC in about ten minutes?

Service went well (didn't nearly pass out which was my main concern!) and i decluttered a book to my friend to take up north on tuesday.

Have had lunch, made DH's lunch for tomorrow, need to do mine in abit but he'd not got enough rolls out, sorted through some charith shop stuff - 4 bags which I may take across to the charity bins in a bit, would like them out of the way.

dh folded all the washing when I was out, mine needs to go away, and he also went for a run (nutter!) and even washed his running stuff straight away! I'm a bit bored but its too hot to be out so am just going to potter indoors...dh has cricket on so i can't watch anything. Few little jobs though:

    wrap mum's bday present
wrap Kara's present and print postage
have a look at when next taking a service (might as well be prepared)
move final few bits from baby's room into spare room/study
    clean bathroom
    wash towels and cloths
clubcard vouchers - get deals token
look for zoo deal for Friday

EEeeeeeeeeee I am a mucky scrubber lol... everyone is sopping wet (inc the bunnies and at least 1 cat!!) and filthy now.. such good fun.. just nipped in for mugs to make a cuppa.. the top is being cleaned and as it is wet and VERY slippery I decided to leave OH to it.. not risking sliding off there when I am this fat!
