LR is more or less done - slight problem that the settee won't go back together properly - looks like 1 of the brackets has bent so DH has got to sort that out in a bit.

DS says why am I cleaning up - it only gets messy again!

DH has gone to pick DD up and then we are popping up the fields as there is a funday on.

Another load of washing on the line and I'm just about to put the last one for the day in the WM.

Also we're thinking of going to Haven Mon - Fri half-term - thinking of either Filey or Cleethorpes - any preferences anyone?

Washing needs to go out, BM needs my attention, dins to be consumed, Sidney to be walked, so I'd better go and do some of it!:D

Worrying a bit about the lack of space in the dustbin now and the next collection isn't for a week and a half - whoops! So much for clearing the shed out, no idea how much rubbish was in there!

Hey if most fit in the wheelie bins you didn't have a fraction of what I found in mine!! We are looking at maybe 5-6 trips to tip.. cheaper than hiring a skip which we do really need.

We have a bouncy castle to scrub today.. evil evil job!!!

Apparently I have bird clothes to vacuum downstairs... Which really means someone has to lift the vacuum down the stairs and I will end up vacuuming right through down there...

This infernal coughing is driving me insane.. it is a VERY good job I do not have a slack bladder!!!

    Hi everyone

Just popping on to say thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes - I'm having a really nice day so far and I'll catch up with the thread later as I've not been on for a few days - been a hectic week with DD being off and then Mum has been poorly so had no chance to fly or even turn on the computer as been busy tending the ill!!!

    Thank you

    Helen x

2 Freecycle collections completed x 4 items large pieces
2 more to go 3 bags of demi johns/1 lawnmover

Shed looks much better inside there and have emptied the summer house to move the spare plant pots into

Need to research prices for a new sturdy shed to replace the rotting one and slowly decaying one

My shed looks rather lovely too.. loads of space to stuff all the childrens bikes when it gets nasty wet weather again.

Guess I best shift my bum and drink my cuppa and sort this bouncy castle.. it is such an epic job :(
