Flying in to update on my week!
All done, cept the kids bedrooms, and I'm making them do their own from this week on so that'll probably take twice as long LOL!
Isn't funny how as you peel back the layers of griminess, cleaning opportunties just present themselves?
I mean I never before noticed how grey my white pvc window frames had gotten until everything else was ship shape and shiny. Sooo I add that to my extras today...
Scrub down the window frames in all the bedrooms.
Have a great day flyers!]
I start week 5 next week and it's been amazing and life changing for my family. Thank you!LBM: 23/7/09. Total Debts on 23/7/09: 24,961

Yeah we're fine. I think it was mostly coz we usually spend our anniversary together and he had to work (which I was fine with) but I'd spent the 2 days before traipsing over the county going to job interviews, had blisters on my feet which bled, got told I wasn't suitable for the jobs that I knew I could do, wrecked my new charity shop shoes and felt generally thoroughly fed upWas sat at home hungry waiting for him to come back for lunch too. So him not bothering to give so much as a kiss on our anniversary really got to me
Sorry about the foul mood yesterday. We got some vouchers and a bit of cash from family which was lovelyAnd of course half a bottle of sancerre wine helped my mood no end
Still waiting to hear about one job, but not feeling very confident about it as they seemed worried that I wanted to do a different type of job than I was doing. There's no redundancy money left now so I only get £65 a week and then whatever OH can earn and since the jsa money doesn't even nearly cover the rent, and OH is self employed so housing benefit etc seems to get really complicated with se work, it's a bit of a worry and it's been 3 months now and I need a blummin job!!
But my fridge is lovely and clean and tidy from yesterday as I chose to do my binbag dance in the crammed full fridge :rotfl:
Anyone got any recipes for gala apples that have been in the fridge too long?froddington wrote: »I LOVE 3 Colours Red :j and Muse :j and Terrorvision :j (and I have some Tequila)

Morning all
Well done to embb's DDNow you can really start to worry........;)
Two loads of washing out on the line including two throws from the living room and my two coats. With this weather I think it's pretty safe to wash them!
I did all the bedrooms on Wednesday. I've vacuuumed right through downstairs this morning, after cutting the front grass (I always manage to drop some grass when I'm carrying the mower through the house).
It's very hot so I'm sitting here with windows open and curtains closed to keep it cool for the dog.
Hope everyone's OK.0 -

Hope I am not too late posting so you see this. I really wouldn't worry, family aftercare for the forces isn't always as bad as they make out on the news. I would have thought it would be more for Danny's sake. Although in comparison to most who come back he has been lucky there is still the mental well being that I mentioned in my pm, and having you there so he knows he can see you the following day too will be a comfort. I hope everything goes well for him with his treatment, keep us posted but not any time today, enjoy your time with him xMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
