Cycling.. we aren't so dramatic in or house.. we get on and deal with it.. no point getting wound up about it if you don't know it now you won't learn it in 10 minutes.. I am sure DD2 (and my DD1) will do fine.. less stressing definitely helps! You only need a C grade to do the A-level so anything else is excessive.. A 'C' is possible if you have been awake in the class! See, way too chilled in my house! lol

    Babys washing in WM.. finally!

I have stripped my pillow protectors from my pillows, they are in bleach in attempt to return them to their new whiteness but it doesn't seem to be helping...the brown stains though are from tinting my hair so not as bad as you'd think;), they are going in with DDs and my mattress cover. Really I ought to get a new one for mine the elastic's gone and it's tatty. The ones on the single beds have done sterling service - they are properly rubberised (mines a sort of foul plastic) and they weren't expensive - but when I went to get mine they no longer sold that type. They have been spot trated with vanish (they can't be washed in bio powder) in an attempt to move the (small) bloodstains. DD used to sufer nosebleeds, often at night - can't remember the last one but I bet they stopped when AF started visiting.

ETA ooo zipped pillow protectors are on half price at Dunelm....

    Morning all

    Glorious day here,

Exam done -very genetics based so if you knew that you'd be fine.

DS1 had put the washing on the line (all upside down to my mind so struggling not to go out and turn it around :o) for which I'm gratefully.

    Emmb congratulations to DD

A cuppa break and then a HHC for me.

LOL! We'll have to disagree on this then - I wouldn't be advising anyone to attempt A-level without getting a B at the very least ;)

Anyway - back on topic - the window is painted, and the dining-room-of-doom is done :j:j:j I'm now rewarding myself with more on DD's quilt - we may go into the Big Town tomorrow to get some more fabric to do the border, if I get the patches finished today :T
