Evening! Have got lots of washing done and dried outside this week, but this does mean the ironing pile is growing ...........

Have managed to do a little flying each day - thankfully the weekend is empty at the moment so I can do a bit of a catch up.

    Hugs to all xx

    Still in sofia...

... have been taken for a walk round the city and wined and dined by the local manager... so I've actually seen something for a change!

Flight leaves tomorrow afternoon so might be brave and go for a walk on my own (although the traffic is terrifying), do a bit of work and then head off to the airport.

    Hope you're all being good!

danny is on the hospital plane as we speak thank the lord, we have to be at selly oak military hospital tomorrow at 2 to meet him, the doctors and the liason officer. they are putting us up in a hotel friday night, which has me worrying that there is something they haven't said to danny or us; it must be though that they do this as a matter of course? we only live 2 and a half hours away - which they know - so can easily travel there and back.
It's a top hospital, my sister's friend (and subsequent bridesmaid) was air-ambulanced there after a &^%$&^%^$$ forced her off the road in 2004 (Jan 1st - she had no memory of it but his passenger came clean and laid the blame at the driver of the car he was in) - bet they're doing it as a matter of course to stop you stressing.

Persuaded DS to give me a hand hacking at the leyladii - for what there is left now we would need a chainsaw but it looks much tidier. Hardle surprising it didn't take much to persuade him to wield the hedge trimmer.

Am very itchy - hay fever and athlete's foot are an all-consuming combination - but in the great scheme of things (and I am thinking of those on, or connected to, this thread,) it's not much. I am sharing DS's meds but only to save the NHS money - his eye drops have to be thrown within a month so we share a bottle - as mine would also be free - rather than have one each. Also the kids get the chance to watch me squirm as they're dropped in - they have to sneak up on me or I close my eyes! :rotfl:

to be fair he does help! I think he has now realised how frustrating it is when you spend ages making the place clean and tidy and it quickly gets messy... I told him that's how I feel when he doesn't make the bed
