Natty - if the nurse runs the metal 'opener' under the tap ask her whether it's hot or cold. Hot comes as a HUGE shock when you're braced for cold...I almost banged my head I shot up the couch so quick. And don't let her show a student either...*winces*
Seriously good on you for going.
Summer - hope the hoob doesn't mind..is it this one?
DS - muuuum what's 28+35?
me - whats 20+30? what's 8+5? Right - now recombine (I teach my 'babies' these!) and he's supposed to be good at maths! Sheesh!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
Thank you Honey Bear0 -
Natty practice Dusty's top tip now. Open your mouth very slightly, part your lips, teeth and make sure your tongue is off the roof of your mouth. Now feel the connection with the other lips. Keep at it and do this when you lie on the couch it really will help. Well done and the flylady force will be with you.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
