    i've worked in a call centre and tbh the staff cop more rudeness off the customers!! (i was in actuall customer service not sales)

    i've worked in a call centre and tbh the staff cop more rudeness off the customers!! (i was in actuall customer service not sales)
    I can understand that they put you in customer relations,your previous posts indicate that you are understanding not pushy and extrovert

    Most can,tell them you are ringing from abroad and cannot ring 08709 or 0845 numbers

  • i work in a call centre, if we try and transfer a call ,the in coming calls take priority over internal calls so its normally quicker to get the person to re-dial.

    yes on an 0870 or 0845 number which generates revenue for the company,so you end up paying to complain
