i've worked in a call centre and tbh the staff cop more rudeness off the customers!! (i was in actuall customer service not sales):j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -

i work in a call centre, if we try and transfer a call ,the in coming calls take priority over internal calls so its normally quicker to get the person to re-dial.Never take things for granted0
